% 24.10.2016 Injured has specifically named the petitioner. Injured was assaulted by the bricks and had sustained 10 to 12 stitches on her parietal region. Learned APP submits that injured remained hospitalized for about 6 to 7 days.

Keeping in mind the nature of offence, I am of the view that petitioner is not entitled to anticipatory bail. Application is dismissed. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
