% 20.02.2019 The present suit was filed by Mrs. Nidhi Dhawan, daughter of Mr. Satya Pal Chawla against her father, brother and her sister who are Defendant Nos. 1, 2 and 3. Vide order dated 7th July, 2017, Mrs. Bhawana Marwah was transposed as Plaintiff No. 2.

Parties have entered into a settlement agreement dated 24th January, 2019 by which both the Plaintiffs have relinquished their respective shares in property bearing No.WZ 788A, Rishi Nagar, Rani Bagh, Shakur Basti Delhi -110034, in favour of their brother Mr. Bhavuk Chawla. The settlement agreement has been signed by Mrs. Bhawna Marwah and Mr. Bhavuk Chawla. On 7th July 2017, Mrs. Nidhi Dhawan has already given a statement that she does not wish to continue the suit. Today, all the

four parties are present in the Court. They confirm that they have signed settlement agreement dated 24th January, 2019. Parties have also filed an application under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC which is signed by Defendant Nos. 1 and 2 and Plaintiff No. 2. The application is also supported with their respective affidavits. Today, the affidavit of Mrs. Nidhi Dhawan has also been handed over by Mr. Mahindro, Ld. counsel. Suit is decreed in terms of the settlement agreement. Decree sheet be drawn up. The terms of settlement shall form part of the decree. All pending I.A.s are disposed. No costs.
