The matter has been settled between the parties for an amount of ₹20,000/- over and above the amount so awarded by the learned MACT Court as full and final settlement of all claims of the appellant against the insurance company.

Learned counsel for insurance company undertakes to get prepare the cheque in the name of appellant for the settled amount and deposit it before MAC.APP. 3/2015

the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of 30 days from today, lest interest at the rate of 9% per annum shall be charged on this amount w.e.f. 08.04.2017 till the date of realisation. 3.

In view of the settlement entered into between the parties, no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal. 4.

The appeal is disposed of.
