% 30.11.2016 Issue notice. Notice is accepted on behalf of the State. The petitioner has preferred this bail application to seek bail in case FIR No.780/2016 registered under Section 363/370A/372/373/343/376/323/506/34 IPC. The status report has been filed. As per the status report, the petitioner has joined the investigation. During investigation, he stated that his brother-in-law Chinta Ram and one Rambir brought Pooja @ Sitara and stated that they wish to marry Pooja @ Sitara to the son of the petitioner, Nillu @ Lillu. Rambir introduced himself as the father of the girl and Smt. Sharda @ Shahjahan introduced herself as the mother of the girl. The petitioner has stated that he agreed to the marriage of his son to the girl after
paying Rs.1 lakh. He paid Rs.75,000/- to Smt. Sharda and Rs.25,000/- to Rambir.
The co-accused Lillu has been granted regular bail vide order dated 29.11.2016. The petitioner is the father of the said co-accused. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, it is directed that in case of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon his furnishing personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. This is further subject to the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when called for by the I.O. and he shall not coerce/influence the complainant or her relatives. He shall provide his mobile phone number, which shall be kept in working condition at all times and shall not change the same without prior intimation to the court. The application stands disposed of. Dasti.
