% 18.08.2017 Learned counsel for both the parties state that in pursuance to the last order, the sale deed has been executed on 09th August, 2017 between the parties. A photocopy of the same is taken on record. The execution of the sale deed is confirmed by the defendant who is personally present today in Court.

Consequently, the present suit is disposed of as satisfied. Registry is directed to issue to the plaintiffs a certificate authorizing them to receive back from the Collector half the amount of the Court fee paid by them in the present suit. MANMOHAN, J AUGUST 18, 2017 KA
