% 09.01.2019 The main prayer in the present petition is to direct the respondents to carryout necessary rectification/amendment in the notification dated 23.08.2010, 29.07.2011 and 12.11.2014 by mentioning correct nomenclature of the four years Degree B.A.B.Ed./B.Sc.B.Ed. I note in the aforesaid notifications, it is mentioned as under:- "4 year degree of B.A.ED/B.Sc.ED from any National council for Teacher Education recognized institution." "Post graduate with at least 50% marks (or its equivalent) from recognized University and B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed from any NCTE recognized institution."

The first educational qualification is for TGT teachers and the second one is for PGT. It is not in dispute that in the qualification mentioned as B.A.ED/B.Sc.ED, 'B' is omitted.

Therefore, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondent No. 2 to carry out the necessary corrections in the said notification. The said process shall be completed within four weeks from the receipt of this order.

Since the petitioner has applied by the interim directions of this Court therefore, the respondent shall consider her application for the post in question.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
