Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a response to the show cause notice as also
invoked arbitration. He prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, subject to any adverse decision being taken by the respondents on the show cause notice. The petition and the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
