The counsel for the plaintiffs states that he has instructions to withdraw the suit with liberty to avail appropriate remedies. 4.
It has been enquired from the counsel for the plaintiffs as to what appropriate remedies are to be availed of.

The counsel for the plaintiffs states that the plaintiffs are still to check up.
6.
The plaintiffs cannot be permitted to, without making a categorical statement, have the liberty.

The suit is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the plaintiff to sue for partition before the revenue authorities but not before the Civil Court. 8.
The plaintiffs to, in any proceedings availed hereafter, file a copy of this order.
No costs.
