This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugns the order dated 2nd August, 2018 of the Estate Officer of the respondent, in a proceeding under Section 7 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (PP Act), of dismissal of an application of the petitioner for stay of the said proceedings. 2.

The senior counsel for the petitioner, after some hearing, under instructions and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner and with liberty to petitioner to urge all points as urged in this petition before the Estate Officer, withdraws this petition. 3.
