% 26.10.2018 The grievance of petitioners is that their application for de-sealing of the subject property (Annexure-B) made on 28th August, 2018 is still pending.

Petitioner's counsel has handed over a copy of respondent's Communications of 1st October, 2018 and 16th October, 2018, purportedly passed in reference to petitioner's application (Annexure-B), which is taken on record.

In view of above, this petition is disposed of as infructous, with liberty to petitioner to assail the orders of 1st October, 2018 and 16th October, 2018.
