% 23.08.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent concedes that no SLP has been filed against the order dated 13.08.2015. Her submission is that the Department is contemplating filing of an SLP. This submission of the respondent has been noted in the earlier order sheets also. Petitioner is aggrieved and rightly as his submission is that his representation which is lying pending before the Department since 18.07.2016 (pursuant to the order dated 17.08.2015 passed in W.P.(C) 7851/2014) is not being decided. Respondent shall dispose of the aforenoted representation (18.07.2016) expeditiously and preferably within an outer limit of four months from today. Petition disposed of.
