% 16.11.2016 The petitioner seeks a directions to respondent - Medical Council of India to decide the complaint filed by the petitioner on 05.07.2013 with the Maharashtra Medical Council which was subsequently transferred to the Medical Council of India. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the several hearings have taken place and the petitioner has also subsequent to the filing of the complaint filed further documents in respect of which inputs have been sought from the concerned doctor. It is contended that several hearings have taken placed and the MCI is seized of the complaint.

Since the complaint of the petitioner is pending for over three years as it was original filed with the Maharashtra Medical Council, Medical Council of India is directed to expedite the hearing of the W.P.(C) 9744/2016

appeal of the petitioner and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
