A. 34171/2018 By this application, the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 20th September, 2018 granting him parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing two surety bonds for sum of ₹25,000/- along with a personal bond. Notice. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State accepts notice.

In view of the punishment awarded to the petition this Court while granting parole to the petitioner imposed stringent conditions. In view of the para 3 of the order dated 20th September, 2018, this Court finds no ground to modify the said order.

Accordingly, application is dismissed.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
