Bail Appln. No. 1125/2017 Petitioner's application for interim bail stands declined vide impugned order dated 2.6.2017 while noting that the petitioner has number of previous involvements.

Upon hearing, I find no ground for grant of interim bail. However, petitioner is permitted to attend the marriage tomorrow, subject to deposit of requisite expenses with the concerned Jail Superintendent, who shall ensure that petitioner is taken to the venue of marriage tomorrow evening and is brought back in custody on the next day in the morning, provided requisite Bail Appl.1125/2017

expenses are deposited by petitioner. This application is accordingly disposed of.
