CM(M) 1102/2016 By the present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner's grievance is limited to the fact that the appeal filed by respondent No. 1 under Section 9 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 is pending since 20.06.2015 and the respondent is enjoying the stay against the eviction order passed by the Estate officer.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the concerned court is requested to dispose of the appeal within four months from today.
