% 20.02.2024 This is a petition filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 402/2015 dated 24.04.2015 under Sections 354A/451/506/509 IPC registered at PS: Safdarjung Enclave, Delhi, predicated on a compromised arrived at between the parties. Compromise Deed dated 25.05.2018 has been annexed, however, order sheets indicate that in the recent past, there has been no appearance on behalf of the parties.

Even today, none appears on behalf of the parties. Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
