O R D E R

% 09.03.2017 Cousin sister of the petitioner has been missing since 24th November, 2014 within one year of her marriage.

Various status reports have been placed on record giving details with regard to steps taken to search the missing person.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that status reports do not mention that a complaint was also lodged by the petitioner. We may note that in this case besides various steps taken as detailed in the status reports, a polygraph test has also been conducted on the husband and husband's brother of the missing person. Their answers have been truthful. Counsel for the State submits that the State would continue to search the missing person and take all steps including examining the complaint dated 6th December, 2014 vide DD No.42B filed by the petitioner and inform the petitioner every six weeks about steps so taken at the address

mentioned in the writ petition.

Based on the statement so made, counsel for the petitioner submits the writ petition may be disposed of binding the respondent to the statement made in Court. Ordered accordingly.

The writ petition is disposed of.
