% 17.05.2016 Learned counsel for the respondent has taken the instructions from the respondent who is agreeable to execute the registered Power of Attorney in favour of the petitioner. It is agreed that the clause would also include by which the right be granted to the petitioner to dispose of the suit property and to receive sale consideration from the third party. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the above statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, nothing survives in the present petition. The same is accordingly disposed of.
