Settlement Agreement dated 09th April, 2025, has been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that in terms of the settlement, full amount of Rs. 26,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Six Lakhs), has already been paid to the respondent.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent confirms the aforesaid fact, and submits that no other payment is due and payable by the appellant to the respondent.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that in terms of the Settlement Agreement, the appellant shall withdraw the present appeal. 5.
