This is an application filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking an early hearing.

It is stated on behalf of the learned counsel for the Respondent that a settlement agreement dated 20.05.2025 has been executed between the parties, which is annexed as Annexure R-1 to this application. All the parties are present before this Court and the learned counsel for all the parties have confirmed that the parties have settled their disputes in terms of the settlement agreement dated 20.05.2025 as annexed alongwith this application.
