By the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.875/2015 under Sections 408/465/471 IPC registered at PS Sarita Vihar, New Delhi on the complaint of respondent No.2, M/s. Splendor Landbase Limited through its authorized representative, Manish Prakash, as the parties have settled the matter.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions from Investigating Officer, submits that in the above noted FIR, besides the petitioner there is no other accused and besides respondent No.2, there is no other complainant/victim. 3.
The Resolution of the Board of Directors of respondent No.2 is on record at page 25 of the paper book authorising Mr. Manish Prakash, Deputy CRL.M.C. 3945/2016
General Manager - Legal of the company to enter into a settlement and make necessary statements before the court concerned. 4.
Mr. Manish Prakash, who is present in court and is identified by the Investigating Officer states that he has settled the matter with the petitioner and the company has already received a sum of ₹10 lacs and in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the respondent No.2 does not want to pursue the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. 5.
In view of the fact that the parties have amicably resolved their differences of their own free will, volition and without any coercion and no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the proceedings, it would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. There is no legal impediment in quashing the FIR in question.

Consequently, FIR No.875/2015 under Sections 408/465/471 IPC registered at PS Sarita Vihar, New Delhi and proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed.

Parties have signed this order sheet in acknowledgment of their statements made before this Court.

The petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
