% 17.05.2017 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to urge all the contentions raised here as defences before the trial court in the event of police submitting a report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.) proposing to prosecute. Petition and the accompanying application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
