2. Ms. Bhawna, the wife of the Petitioner is present in court along with her parents.

3. A report has been submitted by the Station House officer ('SHO'), P.S. Geeta Colony in which it is stated that Investigating Officer recorded the statement of Ms. Bhawna in the presence of the Petitioner. She conveyed that she had visited her parent's house of her own. She denied the allegations of being forcibly kidnapped by them. W.P.(CRL) 1798/2017 Page 1 of 2.

4. Ms. Bhawna states that is prepared to join the Petitioner today itself and in fact she is prepared to go with him from the Court itself.

5. In that view of matter, no further directions are called for. The SHO and the IO, both of whom are present in Court, will ensure that Ms. Bhawna accompanies the Petitioner from the Court today itself without any hindrance.
