% 21.12.2016 This petition impugns Notification dated 10.03.2016 of the Government of India in purported exercise of powers under Section 26A of the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940 in respect of fixed dose combination drugs. Learned counsel for the parties on the first date had contended that this petition raises identical issues, as arising in WP(C) 2212/2016. A Coordinate Bench of this Court, by judgment dated 01.12.2016 in WP(C) 2212/2016, has quashed all the 344 Notifications dated 10.03.2016. The Notification in issue is also part of the 344 Notifications. In view of the fact that the issue, arising in the present petition, is identical to the issue arising in WP(C) 2212/2016 and other connected matters and the Notification in issue has been quashed, accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of judgment dated 01.12.2016 in WP(C) 2212/2016 titled Pfizer Ltd. & Anr. vs. Union of India & Anr.
