Counsel for the Decree Holder submits that he reserves his right to take further action against the Judgment Debtor in view of the payments, if any qua electricity, water chargers and mesne profits, if any due from the Judgment Debtor. Learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor submits that he in fact has to recover certain money from the Decree Holder. Permission granted to withdraw the execution petition in terms of the submissions and counter submissions of the parties.
