1. The grievance in the present petition is that the sole Arbitrator heard the final arguments more than two years ago but has not pronounced the Award.
2. Learned counsel for the Respondent points out that even the written synopsis have been filed by both the parties.
3. In that view of the matter, a direction is issued to the parties to appear before the sole Arbitrator, in the office of the CCI where the arbitral proceedings were being held, on 21st February 2017 at 4 pm.
4. The petition is disposed of in the expectation that the arbitral Award will now be pronounced on the date fixed by the Court or definitely within one OMP (I) (COMM) 484/2016
month thereafter. In the event that this direction is unable to be complied with, it will be open to the Petitioner to revive the petition. S.MURALIDHAR, J JANUARY 18, 2017 mg OMP (I) (COMM) 484/2016
