The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.494/2014 registered under Sections 498A/323/307/376 IPC and Sections 3/4 DP Act, 1961 at PS Kirshna Nagar. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the complainant in person and have examined the file. By an order dated 24.12.2014, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioner has joined the investigation since then. 3.
It is informed that the matter has been settled between the parties. I have enquired from the complainant present in the Court whether she has settled the dispute with the petitioner. She has BAIL APPLN. 2801/2014
informed that the dispute with the petitioner has been settled and she is living in the matrimonial home since 19.08.2016. She has no objection to the grant of bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, she be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 30,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. She shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

The bail application stands disposed of.
