O R D E R

% 23.11.2016 Learned Additional Standing Counsel, on instructions of SI Madan Mohan, P.S. Maurya Enclave, submits that address of the petitioner has been verified. Petitioner seeks parole on the ground of re-establishing social ties with family and society and also to arrange funds for his family. Petitioner is in incarceration for about four years.

His jail conduct is satisfactory.

Petitioner was released on parole in the month of June/July, 2015. It is not the case that petitioner has misused the concession of parole granted to him. Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/-

(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. During the parole period, petitioner shall report to the SHO PS. Maurya Enclave once a week, that is, on Mondays at 10:00 am and give his contact number to the SHO. On completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for serving it upon the petitioner and for compliance.
