% 24.10.2016 Petitioner seeks parole on the ground of filing SLP. Address of petitioner has been verified by respondent.
Jail conduct of petitioner is satisfactory.
Petitioner is in incarceration for about seven years. It is trite to say that every convict is entitled to pursue legal remedies available to him/her upto the highest forum by engaging a counsel of his/her choice. Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances, petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the jail superintendent. Petitioner is directed to report to SHO PS Seelam Pur once in a week, that is, on Mondays and give his contact
number to the SHO.
After completion of parole period petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail.
It is made clear that if any of the co-convict is out on parole, petitioner shall be released only after co-convict has surrendered.
Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for serving it upon the petitioner and for compliance.
