O R D E R

% 24.10.2016 Petitioner seeks parole on the ground of filing SLP and maintaining social ties with the family. Jail conduct of petitioner is satisfactory. Petitioner is in incarceration for about five years. Remaining sentence which petitioner has to undergo is of one year and nine months. It is trite to say that every convict is entitled to pursue legal remedies, as may be available to him/her, upto the highest forum by engaging a counsel of his/her choice. Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances, petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the jail superintendent. After completion of parole period

petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for serving it upon the petitioner and for compliance.
