In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. Neither the petitioner nor his family nor anybody on his behalf shall contact the complainant or her family members nor seek to influence the investigation in any manner.
