O R D E R

% 25.10.2016 Marital discord between husband and wife had led to registration of present FIR. Husband and wife have resolved their differences before the Counsellor, Family Court (West), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 18th March, 2015.

Report of Counsellor has been annexed with petition as Annexure 'B'. Respondent no.2 (wife) is present in Court and submits that she is living with petitioner no.1 and now has no grievance against him and is not willing to pursue the FIR any further. Petitioner no.2 is father of petitioner no.1. Keeping in mind the fact that husband and wife have resolved their differences and have started living together, in my view no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly,

FIR No.1129/2014 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at police station Moti Nagar, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
