BAIL APPLN. 2197/2016 Issue notice. Notice is accepted on behalf of the State. The petitioner has preferred the present bail application to seek anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in case FIR No.342/2016 under Section 498A/406/354/328/377/506/323/34 IPC registered at PS GTB Enclave, CAW Cell, NE Distt. The petitioner is the husband of the complainant. The anticipatory bail application preferred by the father in law of the
complainant, who is the father of the petitioner, has been disposed of today itself by a separate detailed order. For the reasons stated therein, the present application is also allowed on the same terms and conditions. The petitioner shall also provide the articles admittedly received in dowry to the I.O. as well as offer to deposit the said articles in the malkhana, if they are not accepted by the complainant.
