O R D E R

% 01.05.2017 1.

The counsel for the plaintiffs and the counsel for defendant no.2 MIRC Electronics Limited state that a Global Patent Licence Agreement has been signed between the plaintiffs on the one hand and the defendant no.2 MIRC Electronics Limited on the other hand.

The counsels further state that though they are carrying the said Agreement but would not like to place it on record since the terms thereof are confidential.

The counsels state that their respective clients shall be bound by the terms of the aforesaid Global Patent Licence Agreement. 4.

The counsel for the plaintiffs states that the defendant no.1 Shreejee Tradelinks is ex parte and in view of the Agreement executed, the plaintiffs are not pressing for any relief against the defendant no.1 Shreejee Tradelinks and defendant no.1 Shreejee Tradelinks be deleted from the array of CS(COMM) No.1428/2016

defendants.

The Court Master to, under his signatures in today's date, make an endorsement on the Memo of Parties as well as plaint of deletion of defendant no.1 Shreejee Tradelinks.

Recording that the matter has been settled, the suit and all pending applications are disposed of.
