The senior counsel for the plaintiffs and the counsel for the sole defendant state that a Global Patent Licence Agreement has been signed between the plaintiffs on the one hand and the defendant on the other hand. 2.

The counsels further state that though they are carrying the said agreement but would not like to place it on record since the terms thereof are confidential.

The counsels state that their respective clients shall be bound by the terms of the aforesaid Global Patent Licence Agreement. 4.

Recording that the matter has been settled, the suit and all the pending applications are disposed of.
