% 31.05.2018 Learned counsel for the parties state that the parties have arrived at a settlement by way of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 22nd May, 2018 executed between the petitioner and respondent nos.2 & 3. The same is taken on record. Accordingly, I.A.No.7898/2018 stands disposed of.

In view of the aforesaid Memorandum of Understanding, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of the petitioner who is personally present in Court, does not wish to press the present petition and/or reply upon the Will dated 19th June, 2012. Learned counsel for respondent no.2, on instructions of the respondent no.2 who is personally present in Court, confirms the

execution of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 22nd May, 2018.
