O R D E R

% 06.12.2016 Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions of SI Ombir Singh, P.S. Welcome, submits that Beat Constable as well as Sub Inspector have visited the address given by the petitioners in the memo of parties, but they were not found living there. On inquiry, it was revealed that they were living in the said premises as tenants but have now left the tenanted premises about a week ago.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that she also tried to contact the petitioners, but they are not picking up the mobile phone. It appears that petitioners are not willing to pursue this petition any further. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
