This is an application moved by the respondent no.1/NHAI. 2.

By virtue of this application, the respondent no.1/NHAI seeks extension of time for convening the conciliation meeting in compliance with the order dated 12.9.2018 passed by this Court. 3.

Mr. Mittal, who, appears for the respondent no.1/NHAI seeks extension of time till 31.10.2018.

Ms. Nariman, who, appears on behalf of the non-applicant/petitioner says that she has no objection to the prayer made in the application. 5.

Learned counsel, however, submits that the respondent no.1/NHAI should also take steps for appointing their nominee-Arbitrator. O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 361/2018

Mr. Mittal says that the needful will be done, if not already done, well before 31.10.2018.

Accordingly, the prayer made in the application is allowed and time is granted to the respondent no.1/NHAI till 31.10.2018 to convene a conciliation meeting.

The respondent no.1/NHAI, as indicated by Mr. Mittal, will also take steps to appoint its nominee-Arbitrator, in case the appointment has not already been made.
