% 24.10.2016 It is the petitioner‟s case that she has been awarded "Average" gradings in the Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) for the years 2009 to 2014; since the copies of the said adverse entries were never supplied to her, hence, the same cannot be acted upon. Her representation to respondent No.3 and to the Government of NCT of Delhi have not yielded any reply. At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition shall be treated as her representation to the respondent/School, which shall accord a hearing to her on 09.11.2016 at 3.00 p.m. After considering the representation and the submissions made by the petitioner, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned order on or before 26.11.2016
with intimation to the petitioner as well as to respondent Nos. 1 and 2. The writ petition alongwith pending application stand disposed off in the above terms.
