% 06.02.2017 We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. The initial dispute was with regard to the manner in which the issues have been framed. However, the parties agree that the issues in the testamentary case be re-framed as under:- (i) Whether the purported will dated October 5, 2010 is the last and final validly executed will of late Dr Jagjit Singh Gambhir? OPP (ii) If the answer to the first issue is in the affirmative, whether the appellant is entitled to the relief as prayed for? OPP The orders dated 16.02.2016 and 19.09.2016 stand modified, as above. The appeal stands disposed of.
