% 30.08.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the directions passed by this Court on 15.5.2016 a fair opportunity of hearing was to be given to the applicant before considering his application. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a personal hearing has in fact not been granted to the petitioner. Counsel for respondent no.1 has sought passover in the morning and requested that the matter be taken up again. At this stage, she is not sure whether the submission made by the petitioner is correct or not. She further submits that in case a personal hearing has not given, the same will be granted in accordance with law.
A personal hearing will accordingly be afforded to the petitioner on 28.9.2016 at 11.00 a.m. in the office of the respondent and a reasoned order will be passed on the application of the petitioner (as also on the documents proposed to be submitted by him). This order will be passed within a period of three months from the date of personal hearing.
Petition disposed of.
