It is averred that the petitioner has entered into a settlement with the respondent whereby it has been paid a sum of Rs. 1 lac. Having regard to the above, the application is allowed. The company petition, referred to above, is dismissed as withdrawn. CP 447/2015 & CA Nos. 1858/2015 & 1859/2015 In view of the order passed above in CA N0. 1046/2016, no further orders are called for in the captioned petition and the applications. The petition and the pending applications are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim order dated 18.01.l2016 also stands withdrawn. The date of hearing fixed in the matter i.e. 30.05.2016, stands cancelled.
