3. It is noticed that Bail has been granted to the co-accused by the order dated 31st May, 2017 of this Court in Bail Application No.1083 of 2017. As noted in the said order, the incident appears to be a trivial issue concerning the accused person playing disc-jockey (DJ) music.

4. The Petitioner has been in custody since 25th May, 2017.

5. The Petitioner is directed to be released on bail, subject to the Petitioner furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court. Bail Application No. 1129/2017
