% 20.02.2019 This petition is directed against order of 11th February, 2016 vide which charges under Section 304A of IPC has been framed against petitioner.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor of respondent-State informs that petitioner's revision petition against the order of charge has been dismissed on 6th October, 2016 and by now, evidence of seven witnesses out of twelve witnesses has been already recorded and the next date before the trial court is 15th April, 2019.

Since the trial of this case is at the fag end, therefore, this Court is not inclined to invoke its extraordinary inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to quash the charges framed against petitioner. Page | 1

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of while not expressing any opinion on merits of this case.
