% 08.12.2016 By an order dated 18.11.2016, it was proposed to appoint Ms Pooja Saigal, Advocate as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The same was subject to the Arbitrator making the necessary disclosure under Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The proposed Arbitrator has made the necessary disclosure and there is no objection to the same.

Accordingly, Ms Pooja Saigal, Advocate is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The parties are at liberty to approach the Arbitrator for fixing a preliminary hearing. The petition stands disposed of.
