O R D E R

% 30.10.2018 The petition seeks the following reliefs:

A. Allow the instant transfer petition under section 407 r/w section 482 of Cr.P.C. and transfer the trial in respect of case FIR No. 27/2018, U/s 323/341/506 IPG registered at P.S.- Jamia Nagar from the court of Ms. Ankita Lai, Ld. M.M., Saket Courts, Delhi to Special Designated court of Sh. Samar Vishal, Ld. Addl. CMM, Patiala House Court, Delhi.

The genesis of the lis in both FIRs arises from the same alleged assault. There is no objection to the grant of the request by the respondent. Since the first FIR being FIR No. 26/2018, P.S. Jamia Nagar is being tried by the Special Designated Court i.e. the Court of learned Addl. CMM, Patiala House Court, the second FIR being FIR No. 27/2018, P.S. Jamia Nagar is hereby transferred to the aforesaid Court of learned Addl. CMM,

Patiala House Court.

The file of the transferred case shall be sent to the Patiala House Court before the next date, and the parties shall appear before the said Court on 28.11.2018.

A copy of this order be given to the learned counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
