% 15.10.2018 On 5th May, 2018, petitioner offered to deposit an FDR of `2.50 lacs in the name of the concerned Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, learned Addl. Sessions Judge extended the benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `30,000/- with one surety of the like amount. Petitioner was directed to deposit FDR of `2.50 lacs in the name of the concerned Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Delhi within seven days from the date of his release, in view of the offer made by him.

Petitioner did not deposit the FDR, therefore, anticipatory bail has been cancelled by the trial court vide order dated 14th August, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to financial difficulties faced by the petitioner he could not deposit the FDR earlier. It is contended that FDR of `2.50 lacs in the name of the concerned

Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Delhi will be now deposited within two weeks.

Subject to petitioner depositing FDR in the sum of `2.50 lacs with the concerned Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Delhi within two weeks, order of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner will stand revived. In case FDR is not deposited, the impugned order will automatically be revived. Bail application is disposed of in above terms. Dasti.
