% 28.04.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 19th September, 2016, whereby the unauthorised construction in property bearing no.D-851, DDA Flat, Pocket-3, Bindapur, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, was to be demolished. Learned counsel for the respondent-SDMC states that the order in question has been complied with. He further states that the respondent shall keep a watch over the property and if any further unauthorized construction is carried out, the same shall also be actioned in accordance with law.

Keeping in view the aforesaid statement, present contempt petition is closed.
