% 12.12.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to look after his aged mother and maintain social ties. As per the nominal roll, the petitioner has been granted furlough with effect from 31st October, 2018 for a period of 3 weeks.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has recently availed furlough for a period of three weeks, this Court finds no ground to grant parole further. Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
