% 21.10.2016 Marital discord between the petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 had led to registration of present FIR against the petitioners. Petitioner nos. 2 to 5 are relatives of petitioner no.1.

Petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi on 25th August, 2015 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the proceeding sheets of the Mediation Centre of the said date. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and submits that differences between her and petitioner no.1 have been resolved and they are living

together for the last one year. She further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed. Keeping in mind that husband (petitioner no.1) and wife (respondent no.2) have started living together after resolving their differences, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, FIR No.

392/2015 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC registered at police station Mandawali, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed.
